My goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your product according to the following terms.
1. Return Conditions
Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. The product must be in its original condition, without damage, signs of use, or alterations. It must be returned in its original packaging along with the purchase receipt or invoice. Worn or used products cannot be returned.
2. Exceptions
Returns are not accepted for: Personalized or made-to-order products, discounted items, unless defective, earrings, for hygiene reasons, unless defective upon receipt, products damaged due to misuse after delivery.
3. Return Procedure
Contact me via email at elenizakrou@gmail.com , stating your order number and reason for return. Instructions for returning the product will be provided. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or sent incorrectly. Once I receive and inspect the product, I will notify you by email regarding the status of your return.
4. Refunds
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days from the date the product is received. Refunds are made using the same payment method originally used (e.g., credit card, PayPal, bank transfer). For cash on delivery, a bank account (IBAN) in the customer’s name is required. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a wrong or defective product.
5. Defective or Wrong Products
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, notify me within 48 hours of receipt. I will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to the customer.
6. Disclaimer
MY store: Is not responsible for delays or losses caused by third parties (e.g., carriers, postal services) or force majeure events. Is not responsible for damage caused by improper use of the products by the customer. Makes every effort to accurately present products (photos, descriptions), however minor differences in color or texture due to lighting or screen settings may occur. Reserves the right to modify this policy without prior notice. Changes are effective upon publication on the website.
