Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy describes the terms and procedures for the shipment of products purchased from my online store (hereinafter “the Store”, “Ι”, “me”, or “my Website”). By completing an order, the customer fully accepts the following terms.

1. Shipping Areas

The Store is based in Greece and fulfills retail orders using Hellenic Post (ELTA).

I ship to: All areas within Greece, European Union countries, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Hong Kong, Japan, Canada, Australia, USA. Shipments are processed on business days (Monday to Friday), excluding official holidays.

2. Processing and Delivery Times

Processing Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–5 business days from payment confirmation. In case of delays, the customer will be notified by email.

Estimated Delivery Time: Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the destination

  • Greece: 1–5 business days
  • European Union: 5–15 business days
  • United Kingdom, Switzerland & Norway: 5–15 business days
  • United States: 7–15 business days
  • Other countries Hong Kong, Japan, Canada, Australia): 7–20 business days

Delays may occur due to remote locations or customs procedures.

The Store is not responsible for delays caused by: postal services, customs clearance, weather conditions, strikes, or other force majeure events.

3. Shipping Costs and Customs Duties

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout before payment.

Shipments within the European Union:

No additional customs duties or taxes apply.

Shipments Outside the European Union (United Kingdom, Switzerland, Hong Kong, Japan, Canada, Australia, USA):

Prices are displayed excluding VAT (where applicable), the customer may be responsible for: customs duties, import taxes, or other charges.

These charges are imposed by the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the customer. The Store has no control over, and is not responsible for, these charges.

USA orders are shipped with prepaid import duties (Delivered Duties Paid – DDP) to help avoid additional customs charges upon delivery.

4. Order Tracking

Once an order has been shipped, the customer receives an email with a tracking number, allowing them to monitor the parcel via the Hellenic Post (ELTA) tracking website.

5. Non-Delivery or Returned Packages

If a parcel is not delivered and is returned to the Store due to: incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, non-collection by the customer, or refusal to accept delivery then reshipping costs will be borne exclusively by the customer.

If the customer does not request reshipment: only the product value will be refunded, shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Damage or Loss During Shipment

All products are carefully packaged. If a product is received damaged, the customer must notify the Store within 48 hours of delivery, providing: order number, photographs of the product and packaging. Once the damage during shipment is confirmed, the Store will either: replace the product or issue a refund without any additional cost to the customer.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Store is not responsible for: delivery delays caused by the postal service, customs-related delays, losses caused by the carrier, incorrect shipping details provided by the customer. The Store makes every effort to ensure timely and safe delivery of all orders.

8. Changes to the Shipping Policy

The Store reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. The current version will be posted on the Website.
