These Terms of Use and Service (hereinafter the “Terms”) govern the use of the online store www.zakrou.com (hereinafter the “Store”, the “Website”, or the “Business”). The Website is owned and operated by GALANI ELENI, a sole proprietorship established in Greece. By accessing, browsing, or using the Website and by placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
The Website is intended for use by individuals aged 18 years or older, or by minors under the supervision of a legal guardian.
2. Products
The Business offers handmade jewellery for sale. Due to the handmade nature of the products: slight variations may occur, each product may be unique.
3. Prices and Taxes
All prices are displayed in Euro (€). For orders shipped within the European Union, prices include Value Added Tax (VAT) in accordance with applicable legislation. For orders shipped outside the European Union, VAT is not charged. However, customs duties, import taxes, or other charges may apply upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are determined by the local authorities and are the sole responsibility of the customer. The Business is not responsible for such charges.
4. Orders and Contract Formation
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. The sales contract is concluded when the customer receives the shipping confirmation email. The Business reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases including but not limited to: pricing errors, product unavailability, suspected fraud.
5. Payment
Payment can be made through the available payment methods displayed during checkout, including: credit or debit card, PayPal, other payment methods supported by Shopify Inc. Payment must be completed before the order is shipped.
6. Shipping
The Business ships products to: Greece, the European Union, international destinations
Delivery times are estimates. The Business is not responsible for delays caused by: courier services, customs clearance, force majeure.
7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
Customers who qualify as consumers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product. Full details are provided in the Return Policy. This right does not affect statutory consumer rights.
8. Intellectual Property
All Website content, including but not limited to: product designs, images, text, logos, is the intellectual property of the Business and is protected by applicable laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
9. Prohibited Uses
Users may not: use the Website for unlawful purposes, attempt to breach Website security, engage in fraudulent activity. The Business reserves the right to terminate access for violations.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Business shall not be liable for: indirect or consequential damages, courier delays, customs delays, force majeure events. Nothing in these Terms limits statutory consumer rights.
11. Personal Data
Personal data is processed in accordance with: the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Website Privacy Policy.
12. Modifications
The Business reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the Website.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece and the European Union. Consumers residing outside Greece may also benefit from mandatory protections under their local laws. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.
